Senior IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage SDLC projects from inception through implementation.
• Bridging needs from client requirements with solutions to meet the need.
• Should have strong problemsolving capabilities.
• Convert BRD asks to User Stories for Functional Specification
• Develop requirements and schedules for the software development projects.
• Facilitate requirements meetings including the peer review sessions and status meetings with clients and project team.
• Establish milestones anticipates issues and monitors adherence to project scope requirements and design documents schedules and to the software development process.
• Assume daytoday responsibility for ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget and that all deliverables are of the highest quality.
• Work closely with the Technical Project Management team to share best practices help resolve project issues and ensure that staff is properly allocated to tasks by considering staffs skills and interests and the projects needs.
• Maintain client relations and communications including status reporting and informal conversations.
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our teams through proper troubleshooting and prioritization methods as well as coordination and communication between the clients and the internal team

Desired Skills:

• Bachelors degree in a related field to the position
• Experience in applying best practices in software development lifecycle including waterfall and Agile software methodologies webbased infrastructure and datadriven systems.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to understand technical concepts including data relationships and software configuration.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills strong teamoriented attitude and a proactive and detailoriented nature.
