Job Summary:
The General Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all strategic and operational aspects of the company. This role requires a strong understanding of technology business acumen and leadership skills to drive growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the companys strategic plan in alignment with the overall vision and goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for business expansion.
- Foster innovation and lead initiatives to enhance the companys competitive edge.
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient delivery of products and services.
- Manage financial performance and budgetary activities to achieve financial targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a highperforming team providing mentorship and guidance to foster a culture of excellence.
- Establish clear goals and objectives for departments and individuals ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with key customers partners and stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through quality service delivery.
Risk Management and Compliance:
- Identify and mitigate risks to the companys operations and reputation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Technology and Innovation:
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry trends.
- Champion innovation initiatives and drive technology adoption to enhance product offerings and operational efficiency.
Communication and Reporting:
- Communicate company goals objectives and performance to stakeholders including the board of directors.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on business performance and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in the technology sector. Strong understanding of technology trends, markets, and industry dynamics. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Demonstrated success in strategic planning, financial management, and business development. Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
