Job summary/ Job purpose/ Role Intent:
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to drive continuous growth and success. Regular communication with senior management is essential to report on progress challenges and opportunities within the region.
Tasked to ensure teams are aligned with the broader company strategies and that regional initiatives are in sync with companywide goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and deliver regular reports on regional performance to senior management on a daily weekly Adhoc & monthly reports on individual KPIs.
2. Ensure that all regional operations comply with relevant laws regulations and company policies.
3. Monitor market trends and customer needs within the region providing feedback to product or service development teams.
4. Ensure all agents queries within the territory are attended to maximum satisfaction.
5. Track team performance metrics ensuring that targets and goals are met or exceeded.
6. Provide guidance training and professional development opportunities for team members.
7. Act as the main point of contact between the regional teams back office & senior management.
8. Monitor market trends and customer needs within the region providing feedback to product or service development teams.
9. Any other analytical and administration duty assigned by the line manager from time to time
Principal Outputs for this role
Prepare and deliver regular reports and insights on territorial zonal & cluster performance to senior management on a daily weekly Adhoc & monthly reports on individual KPIs.
Cascade of reports and information to both zonal and cluster level.
Monitor regional consumer demands and market trends and give input to teams working on service or product development.
Requirements
Qualifications Academic and Professional
Bachelor s Degree in Business / Analytics / Mathematics
Experience
1 year experience in Sales environment and Analysis / Reporting skills.
