الوصف الوظيفي
- Manage the site design team for the tender preparation and processes (E&M) such as tender preparation as per project scope and requirements, inclusion of latest and robust technical specifications and technical drawings, deciding SICET conditions, obtaining approval on tender documents, coordination with Mobily Tenders, replying to all queries raised by the bidders, completing all processes in accordance with Mobily policies and corporate objectives.
- Lead the pre-qualification process on bidder’s technical, financial, commercial and past performance capabilities; and direct the team for the evaluation process in accordance with corporate policies and fulfill all procedures and formalities for obtaining Management approval.
