We are looking for a Project Manager Associate who is proactive and wellorganised in their work. You will have excellent time management and communications skills to use it for prioritising demands across projects/tasks with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders fostering strong communication and collaboration;
Elicit analyse and refine business and technical requirements for project success;
Expand knowledge base and maintain documentation;
Complete support tickets and change requests;
Resolve customer queries and product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint:
determining the cause of the problem
selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
expediting correction or adjustment
following up to ensure resolution;
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
Manage the project during both the Hypercare and Warranty periods providing additional support to ensure successful operation and promptly addressing any arising issues;
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed;
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Exceptional communication (both spoken and written) negotiation and interpersonal skills
Fluent written and spoken English (Advanced);
Experience using tools like JIRA and Confluence will be an advantage.
A thorough understanding of Agile methodologies including Kanban and Scrum frameworks
min 1 year experience in project management/support department
