- Evaluate and provide feedback on work produced in Traditional Chinese by AI Trainers for accuracy and consistency.
- Review and provide feedback on Traditional Chinese language style guides.
- Identify and correct inconsistencies between style guides client requirements and the work being produced by AI Trainers.
- Use critical thinking to produce highquality work with minimal or no supervision.
- Effectively communicate with colleagues in English regarding feedback and suggestions.
Requirements
- 1 or more years of experience in a Quality Assurance (QA) position preferably in AI or Annotation.
- The ability to understand QA workflows provide guidance to trainers and identify issues
- Previous experience training a Large Language Model (LLM)
- Bachelors degree or higher ideally from a school located in Hong Kong
- Thoroughly familiar with the cultural particularities and terminology of Hong Kong from having lived there for the majority of your life
- Exceptional native proficiency in Traditional Chinese including different writing styles grammar syntax semantics and pragmatics.
- At least C1 Level English proficiency
- Ability to produce highquality written work
- Ability to quickly identify errors and inconsistencies
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to precision in your work
