Tasks
Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for an Information Technology Support Specialist at Safna IT Services. The specialist will be responsible for network administration troubleshooting network security and providing technical support services. Customer service is also a key aspect of the role.

Network Administration Troubleshooting and Network Security skills
Information Technology expertise
Strong customer service skills
Experience in network security protocols
Excellent problemsolving abilities
Knowledge of various technological services
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field
