We are seeking top quality Key Stage 1 and 2professionals with excellent experience and references who will:• Use in-depth knowledge of National Curriculum to providea relevant and challenging learning experience for all students• Understand how to fulfil the needs of young learners,many of whom have a home language other than English, ensuring theycan become secure learners ready to independently access thecurriculum • Develop young people who are uniquely awareof themselves as learners and the potential role they have incontributing to an increasingly connected global world •Have knowledge and experience of using innovative pedagogicalapproaches within planning, teaching and learning • Canengage Teaching Assistants in the observation and teaching process,ensuring both quality of input to children and accurate recordingof achievement throughout • Use their knowledge andexperience of educational programs and practices such as TargetTracker, GL Assessment Suite, White Rose Maths and Read Write Inc• Provide language rich learning environments to ensurerapid English language acquisition • Ensure the childrenare cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment• Maintain accurate formative and summative assessmentrecords that link to all learning • Provide criticalanalysis of the progress, intervention and achievement for allchildren • Actively participate in and offer areas ofstaff CPD
