Role Summary:
We seek a dynamic and resultsdriven Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This role will focus on managing and optimising various digital marketing channels to achieve measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing with a proven track record of driving ROI conversion rates and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
(1) Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels including paid search display advertising social media and email marketing.
(2) Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads Instagram and LinkedIn.
(3) Monitor analyse and report on campaign performance providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
(4) Conduct A/B testing and other optimisation techniques to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
(5) Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
(6) Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance marketing.
(7) Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximise ROI.
(8) Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.
(9) Track and report key performance metrics including ROI conversion rates costperacquisition (CPA) and customer lifetime value (CLV).
(10) Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications:
(1) Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
(2) Proven experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on digital channels.
(3) Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager and others.
(4) Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
(5) Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
(6) Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
(7) Selfstarter with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
(8) Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
