For an Architect based company in Kuwait
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads for commercial projects and government tenders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from initial lead through contract signature.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through proposal development negotiation and contract closure.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities client interactions and status updates in the system provided by the concerned person.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. *Basic understanding of the field and capable of communicating certain technical subjects in that field.
- Understanding in city laws and legal processes and restrictions.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the commercial and government tendering process:
Supplementary Qualifications:
- Ability to draft a contract and collect information from potential clients.
