Traveling Senior Cleaning Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and onboard new cleaning technicians to ensure highquality service delivery.
- Conduct regular site audits to maintain and improve cleaning standards.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with employees and clients.
- Provide coverage for calloffs and ensure all shifts are adequately staffed.
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across various facility types as needed.
- Assist with additional responsibilities and special projects as they arise.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the professional cleaning industry.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday from 5:00pm to 1:00am.
- Experience working in diverse environments including medical and industrial settings.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of reliability attention to detail and professionalism.
- Ability to travel between different job sites as required.
