Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customeroriented Chat & Voice Process Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries and complaints efficiently. This is a fulltime position based in Noida Uttar Pradesh.
Position US Blended Process ; 70% Chat & 30% Voice.
Graduate/Undergraduate with minimum 06 months of BPO Voice Chat/Blended Experience with Decent Communication can apply.
From 06 months 1 year documented experience Required
Rounds of Interview: 3 Rounds
1) HR Screening Round
2) Chat Assessment Round (CPA) In Office Premises at 3pm.
3) Final Interview Round with Operations Managers In Office post CPA Test Round.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via chat and phone in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate and complete information to customers
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
Meet and exceed individual and team targets
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 6 months to 1 year documented experience required preferably in a chat and voice process
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Proficient in MS Office and customer service software
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays
Fluency in English and Hindi is a must proficiency in other regional languages is a plus
