Founding Full Stack Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a Founding Full Stack Engineer who thrives in a dynamic and fastpaced environment. This role involves solving complex evolving problems with innovative solutions. As a key member of our team youll be responsible for building and delivering MVPs to production swiftly contributing significantly to the companies growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full stack applications focusing on rapid iteration and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design build and scale software solutions.
• Identify and implement frameworks and systems to solve complex technical challenges.
• Manage and optimize data ingestion storage and retrieval processes.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of backend systems databases and caches.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment ensuring timely delivery and highquality outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 4 Years of Backend Engineering Experience: Proven expertise in backend development with a strong track record of delivering robust software solutions.
• Proficiency in Programming Languages: At least 4 years of experience in Python JavaScript/TypeScript Go or Java.
• Expertise in SQL Databases and Caching Systems: Solid experience with SQL databases (e.g. Postgres) and caching systems (e.g. Redis).
• System Design and Data Ingestion: Strong understanding of ETL processes queues and data ingestion concepts.
• Autonomy and DecisionMaking: Ability to work independently in a highautonomy environment making informed decisions that align with company goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Distributed Systems: Knowledge of building and maintaining distributed systems.
• Frontend Experience: Familiarity with React and TypeScript.
• DevOps Exposure: Experience with DevOps tools like Terraform Grafana or Prometheus.
