The Job
-Managing ventilation, heating, feed, water, and lighting to create the perfect environment for their birds to thrive.
-Keep detailed and accurate records of bird health, food supplies and supplier interactions, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
-Use your expertise to make sound decisions autonomously, especially when covering for the Farm Manager.
The Candidate
-Previous management or supervisory experience in poultry
-Strong organisational skills
-Capable of working autonomously when required to cover the Farm Manager
-Excellent communicator
