Job Description:
- Maintain 201 records updates databases
- Recruiting and publish job ads schedule interviews and prepare HRrelated reports
- Ensure smooth HR operations and provide support to the HR Department
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
- Updating internal databases with new hire information
- Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
- Incharge of timekeeping and payrollrelated concerns salary computation and facilitation
- Maintain regular and up to date data on compensation and benefits;
- In charge with all mandatory benefits: ensures all mandated benefits are properly implemented and completely documented; ensuring all government mandated benefits are properly filled paid and updated and conduct benefit enrolment process;
Requirements:
- Graduate of Psychology or any other related course;
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position;
- With at least 1 year experience in Payroll Computation including Compensation and Benefits and Recruitment
