EasyCare is seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our partner automotive dealerships in the St. Louis market as an F&I Manager. If you have a proven track record in Finance & Insurance (F&I) within the automotive industry and are looking for an opportunity to advance your career we want to hear from you!

• Oversee and manage the Finance & Insurance department at the dealership.
  
• Present and sell F&I products to customers ensuring they are fully informed of their options.
  
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and maximize profitability.
  
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations as well as dealership policies.
  
• Build strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
  
• Accurately complete all F&Irelated documentation.
  

Requirements

• Must have previous F&I experience in the automotive industry.
  
• Strong understanding of automotive finance insurance products and the associated legalities.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  
• A track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  
• High ethical standards and professionalism.
