Sr Wintel Engineer

• • Monitor system to ensure patching is completed successfully
    
  • Work through live issues
  • Lead the deployment configuration and maintenance of Windows servers and associated infrastructure.
    

• System Management and Optimization:
  

  • Monitor and manage the performance reliability and availability of the Wintel environment.
    
  • Implement optimization strategies to improve system performance scalability and resource utilization.
    
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure system integrity and compliance.
    

• Security and Compliance:
  

  • Develop and enforce security policies and practices to safeguard the Wintel infrastructure.
    
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR HIPAA).
    
  • Collaborate with the security team to address vulnerabilities and manage security incidents.

• Support and Troubleshooting:
  

  • Provide highlevel technical support and troubleshooting for complex Wintel issues.
    
  • Mentor and guide system administrators and support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation and diagrams.
