About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a dynamic IT Support Specialist to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role youll provide firstlevel technical support to internal users ensuring smooth operation of computer applications hardware and network systems. If youre passionate about IT support and have a knack for troubleshooting and relationshipbuilding we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

Monitor the Help Desk ticketing system and provide timely assistance to customers with incidents events problems requests and projects.

Document issue resolution in the ticketing system to ensure accurate records and knowledge sharing.

Deploy and set up computers printers multifunction devices scanners VoIP phones and mobile devices.

Ensure proper connectivity of all equipment including workstations servers phones mobile devices printers scanners and multifunction devices.

What You Bring:

Basic technical knowledge of current systems software protocols and standards including Directory Services Windows 10/11 Microsoft 365 Cisco VoIP and Networking mobile communications and ServiceNow ticketing system.

Basic handson software and hardware troubleshooting experience.

Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

Experience working within a teamoriented collaborative environment.

Additional Requirements:

Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Bonus Points For:

ITIL knowledge.

CompTIA A or Network certification.

Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
