Senior Toolpusher - Land Rigs

We are seeking Senior Toolpushers with experience in deep drilling to be based in KUWAIT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and control all operational functions of the rig including drilling movement and maintenance.
• Ensure that drilling operations are conducted safely efficiently and in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of rig crew members to maintain a high level of productivity and safety.
• Oversee the work of Toolpushers on both day and night shifts ensuring consistency in operations and safety practices.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functionality and reduce downtime.
• Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during drilling operations.
• Foster a culture of safety and compliance ensuring that all team members adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the rig crew and the Rig Manager ensuring effective communication and coordination of operations.
• Coordinate with other departments such as logistics maintenance and safety to ensure that all aspects of the drilling operation are aligned and supported.
• Maintain accurate records of drilling activities and equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical or vocational training in drilling operations is preferred.
• Experience of 3years as a Senior Toolpusher with mandatory experience in 2500HP and above in deep drilling operations.
• Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC).
• Safety training certifications (e.g. H2S First Aid Firefighting).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
