Junior IT Specialist

We are currently seeking a Junior IT Specialist to deliver technical support and assistance to our clients in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and software.

The optimal candidate will be a selfstarter who is motivated and has a strong technical background as well as a desire to advance in the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

Offer remote technical support to clients regarding IT issues such as software installation troubleshooting and system configurations.

Assist in the maintenance of IT systems networks and infrastructure to guarantee optimal security and performance.

Respond to help desk tickets and inquiries in a professional and timely manner escalating issues as necessary.

Configure and install software applications and updates as necessary.

Engage in collaborative efforts with senior IT specialists to resolve intricate technical issues and implement efficient IT solutions.

Accurately document and preserve records of IT systems configurations and procedures.

Continue to stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in order to support ongoing improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Currently residing in the United States with eligibility to work in the US.

A bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.

Proficient in software applications networks and information technology systems.

Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and the ability to solve problems.

Expertise in Microsoft Windows Office 365 and other prevalent IT platforms.

Effective communication abilities including both written and verbal.

Capacity to function both independently and collaboratively.

Prior experience in an IT support or related discipline is advantageous.
