General Manager to oversee all staff budgets and operations of the local business unit. Responsibilities include formulating overall strategy managing people and establishing policies.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daytoday operations
Design strategy and set goals for growth
Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
Set policies and processes
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
Make important policy planning and strategy decisions.
Develop implement and review operational policies and procedures.
Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: QAR10000.00 QAR18000.00 per month
