choices events is seeking a skilled Procurement and Supply Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process through ecommerce platforms such as Alibaba as well as developing supplier relationships and ensuring that the companys product needs are met at the s and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and evaluate suppliers to ensure product quality and alignment with company needs.
Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the s and contract terms.
Manage the procurement process from start to finish ensuring timely receipt of products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure ongoing collaboration and increased efficiency.
Prepare regular reports on procurement and supply activities and present them to management.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
A minimum of 35 years of experience in procurement and supply preferably with experience in ecommerce.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work with suppliers from diverse backgrounds.
Good knowledge of ecommerce platforms like Alibaba.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make datadriven decisions.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: QAR2000.00 QAR3000.00 per month

Experience:
- ali baba: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- qatar driving license (Preferred)
