سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيResponsible in preparing the tables and obtains food from the kitchen, serves food and beverage and removes crockery etc. on completion of a course. Receives feedback from the guests and relay the message to the Dining Services Team Leader or Unit Manager accordingly. Responsible to follow the standard of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepares table by laying lines crockery, cutlery, etc.
• Obtains food from the kitchen, serves food and beverages and removes items such as cutlery, etc. not required for the meal.
• Removes crockery, etc. on completion of a course, receives any complaints from the guests and relay the message to the Cashier or Dining Services Officer accordingly.
• Checks table during the meal, empties ashtrays, refills water as necessary and replenish any additional requirements of the guest, makes and serves various types of tea and coffee as requested at the various food and beverage outlets.
• Control the portioning to the customers in a cafeteria service line.
• Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
