Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Identify and target potential markets and customers in the polyethylene foam industry. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our market reach.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture longterm relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new opportunities. Provide product information technical support and excellent customer service.
- Product Expertise: Gain deep knowledge of our polyethylene foam products and their various applications. Confidently communicate product benefits and address any technical queries from customers.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales objectives set by the company. Continuously track and optimize sales performance to ensure targets are achieved.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends competitive products and customer needs. Use insights to shape sales strategies and suggest improvements.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead negotiations with clients ensuring mutually beneficial terms while aligning with company goals. Effectively close deals to maximize sales revenue.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed sales reports forecasts and other relevant data. Utilize CRM systems to monitor customer interactions and track sales progress.
- CrossDepartment Collaboration: Work closely with the production logistics and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years in sales preferably in the polyethylene foam industry or a related field.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of polyethylene foam products and their applications.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
