Identify learner needs and define educational goals.
Design and structure course content and learning experiences.
Develop engaging materials using various media including text video and interactive elements.
Apply theories and models to create effective instructional strategies and materials.
Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational technologies to deliver content.
Assess the effectiveness of instructional materials and courses and make improvements based on feedback and performance data.
Requirements
Bachelor s Degree in Economics Education Finance or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for creating content and collaborating with stakeholders.
Skill in developing engaging and innovative instructional materials.
Capability to manage multiple projects timelines and deliverables.
