سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيPrimary Purpose of Job Through a strong relation with QatarEnergy Trading (QET), understand/analyse business processes/ requirements, identify/define solutions and maintain them along their lifecycle. Provide expert support to QET on related solutions and required technical service on related applications, in coordination with the other ICT entities. Manage the portfolio of QET systems (non SAP): roadmap/lifecycle, contracts, costs, services, security. Lead small to medium size projects to implement new or transform existing QET solutions.Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences/Petroleum & Energy, MBA or equivalentExperience & Skills Minimum 9 years of progressive and directly related experience with Trading solutions. International certifications in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) and IT Service Management (ITIL or equivalent) recommended. Demonstrated understanding of Oil& Gas sector and deep knowledge of Trading business, related organization, processes and technologies solutions (C/E-TRM, Fleet Management, Trading Platform, Trading Market Analytics, etc.) Effective participation in various high value projects for Trading solutions implementation Strong experience in establishing and managing related contracts and agreements. Familiar with IT standards & best practices, architecture, integration, methods Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills Ability to influence and work closely with stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions. Strong problem solving and decision-making skills. High proficiency with workplace applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), project management and collaboration tools (e.g. MS Project, Azure DevOps / Confluence Jira, Miro/Mural etc). Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate concepts as appropriate to management, customers, contractors and staff. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and communicate with a multi-cultural/national workforce.
