سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيJob Description• Develop, implement, and continuously update hygiene and sanitation policies and procedures across all hotel departments, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and legal requirements.• Ensure all areas of the hotel, including public spaces, dining areas, kitchens, and back-of-house operations, meet the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards.• Conduct regular training sessions for hotel staff on hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols.• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, including local and international guidelines such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and other relevant standards.• Conduct regular inspections and audits of all hotel areas to identify and address potential hygiene risks.• Develop and implement emergency procedures for health-related incidents, including outbreak management and sanitation control.• Address guest concerns related to hygiene and cleanliness in a professional and timely manner.• Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure that all cleaning and sanitation products meet the hotel's standards for quality and safety.Qualifications• Bachelor s degree in Hotel Management, Environmental Health, or a related field.• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a hygiene or sanitation management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a five-star hotel.• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, including HACCP, ISO standards, and local health codes.• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.• Certification in food safety, public health, or a related field is a plus.
