CCTV WITH FACIAL RECOGNITION TECHNICAL EXPERT

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CCTV with Facial Recognition Technical Expert to design implement and maintain advanced security surveillance systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in CCTV systems facial recognition technology and related software and hardware. This role requires a deep understanding of security protocols video analytics and system integration to ensure the effective operation of surveillance networks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

System Design and Implementation:

• Design and deploy CCTV systems integrated with facial recognition technology to meet security requirements.
• Collaborate with security teams and stakeholders to determine surveillance needs and system specifications.
• Conduct site surveys to assess installation needs and optimize system placement.

Installation and Configuration:

• Install and configure CCTV cameras facial recognition software and supporting hardware.
• Ensure proper integration of facial recognition algorithms with existing security infrastructure.
• Configure network settings video storage and backup systems for optimal performance.

System Maintenance and Support:

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV and facial recognition systems.
• Monitor system performance and address technical issues promptly.
• Upgrade and update system components as needed to enhance functionality and security.

Data Management and Security:

• Ensure secure storage and handling of video data and facial recognition databases.
• Implement data privacy and security measures in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Conduct regular audits of system access and data integrity.

Technical Expertise and Training:

• Provide technical support and training to security personnel and other endusers.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in CCTV and facial recognition technologies.
• Advise management on best practices and emerging trends in surveillance technology.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with local national and international regulations regarding video surveillance and facial recognition.
• Maintain detailed records of system configurations incidents and maintenance activities.
• Prepare technical documentation user manuals and training materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CCTV systems with at least 3 years in facial recognition technology.
• Proven experience in the design installation and maintenance of surveillance systems.
• Experience with video management systems (VMS) and network video recorders (NVR).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in configuring and managing CCTV cameras facial recognition software and network infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of IP networks video compression and storage solutions.
• Familiarity with facial recognition algorithms AIdriven video analytics and data encryption techniques.

Certifications:

• Relevant certifications such as Certified Security Systems Technician (CSST) Certified Surveillance Technician (CST) or equivalent are preferred.
