NOK Human Capital is hiring Telesales Specialists for one of our sister companies in the shipping/ logistics industry.
Location: Hadayeq el Maadi.
Job Responsibilities:
Contacting potential existing or new customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
Answering questions about products or the company
Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sale.
Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Manage quality and consistency of products and services delivery.
Job Requirements:
1) Shipping/ Logistics background is a must.
2) Experience 0 2 years.
3) Computer background is a must.
4) Excellent communication negotiation & sales skills.
