Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Nurse to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 45 years of work experience in a similar role and will be responsible for providing healthcare services to our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees
- Conduct health assessments and screenings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Educate employees on health and wellness topics
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure employee wellbeing
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols
- Participate in health promotion and disease prevention programs
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or relevant field
- Valid nursing license
- Proven work experience as an Industrial Nurse
- Excellent knowledge of occupational health and safety practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- CPR and first aid certification
