Head Mens And Womens TrackField Coach

Job Responsibilities

The Head Mens and Womens Track/Field Coach is responsible for all aspects of coaching recruiting and administering the mens and womens track/field programs. Responsible for fundraising monitoring academic progress of studentathlete team members and ensuring adherence to and compliance with the rules and regulations of the NJCAA (governing body of certified twoyear collegiate athletic teams) and applicable College policies and procedures. Supervises parttime assistant coach.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

• Bachelors degree and two (2) years of coaching experience at the collegiate or higher level and knowledge of NJCAA rules and regulations. A valid drivers license is required.
• Must be able to attend all games and travel with the team as required. May require overnight stays.
