Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site & Inspection Supervisor to oversee and manage operations at a remote site in Saudi Arabia.

This role involves ensuring the efficient implementation and maintenance of security systems both physical and technological. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security systems exceptional leadership skills and the ability to adapt to the demands of a remote site environment.

Note: Contract duration is 6 months to 1 year with the potential to extend beyond 2 years.

Work Conditions:

Rotation: 3 weeks onsite with 1 week off.

Hours: 7 days a week flexible hours including ondemand weekends & night shifts as required.

Working Hours: 8 AM 10 PM with flexibility in starting times based on operational requirements.

Accommodation Car/Transport and Medical: Provided by the client.

Qualifications:

Experience:

35 years of experience in site supervision focusing on security systems (physical technological and surveillance).

Previous experience in a remote site environment is highly desirable.

Skills & Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of security systems and their implementation.

Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing site conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision:

Oversee daily operations at the remote site ensuring all activities are conducted efficiently and according to company standards.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.

Coordinate with onsite teams and contractors to ensure seamless operation and project progress.

Security System Management:

Implement monitor and maintain physical security systems including surveillance access control and intrusion detection systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to technological security systems.

Ensure all security systems are functioning optimally and provide regular reports on their status.

Client Coordination:

Act as the primary point of contact for the client addressing any concerns or requirements promptly.

Manage client expectations and ensure all demands including weekend and night shifts are met as required.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of security personnel ensuring they are welltrained and equipped to handle site operations.

Foster a culture of safety security and teamwork among all onsite personnel.

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare detailed reports on site activities inspection findings and security system performance.

Maintain accurate records of all inspections incidents and maintenance activities.
