Position Overview:

As a DutchSpeaking Customer Advisor youll be the frontline representative of our company providing invaluable support to customers in the technology sector. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance: Provide support to Dutchspeaking customers in the technology industry addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Clear Communication: Use your fluent Dutch skills to communicate effectively with customers ensuring their needs are understood and met within the technology context.

Issue Resolution: Showcase your problemsolving skills by promptly addressing and resolving customer concerns contributing to overall customer satisfaction in the tech domain.

Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our technology products and services to provide accurate information and valuable assistance to customers.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer support practices in the technology sector.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken): Demonstrate your proficiency in Dutch to effectively engage with customers and collaborate with onsite team members in the technology industry.
  • Adaptability to OnSite Work: Highlight your ability to thrive in an onsite work setting emphasizing effective communication and collaboration particularly in the tech context.
