الوصف الوظيفي
- Determine patterns and analyse customer behaviour to address business problems and generate actionable insights
- Assess the performance of different marketing activities (e.g. campaigns, product launch...etc) and their impact on the customers
- Gather, validate, and explore data in order to find hidden insights and patterns
- Analyse information from multiple data sources and business stakeholders to identify actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to drive customer value, through different customer behaviour analysis techniques
- Review customer data for trends, patterns, and causal analysis to assist in understanding customer behaviour
