Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer with Social Media Marketing Experience will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and content for our social media platforms digital campaigns and other marketing materials. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design a passion for storytelling through visuals and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Visual Content Creation:
- Create engaging and onbrand graphics animations and videos for various social media platforms (Instagram Facebook Twitter LinkedIn etc.).
- Develop visually appealing content for digital marketing campaigns email newsletters and website updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with the companys brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Social Media Marketing:
- Design and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content and adjust strategies to improve results.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends tools and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Brand Consistency:
- Ensure that all graphics and visual content are consistent with the companys brand guidelines and voice.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the companys visual identity across all digital platforms.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the marketing content and product teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing initiatives.
- Present creative ideas and concepts to stakeholders incorporating feedback and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communications Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing social media marketing projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of video editing and animation is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer Canva) is a plus.
