A leader in industrial services across the Gulf our client boasts a wealth of experience and expertise in delivering toptier solutions. They are currently looking for a Procurement Officer to be based in Bahrain.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Find and research qualified suppliers for goods & services.
• Negotiate contracts to secure the best terms (price delivery payment).
• Create & manage purchase orders outlining product details quantities & timelines.
• Track inventory to ensure timely procurement and avoid stockouts.
• Process invoices and payments according to agreedupon terms.
• Obtain competitive bids for costeffective purchasing.
• Analyze procurement data to identify costsaving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies & external regulations.
• Manage procurement risks (delays quality issues price fluctuations).
• Maintain accurate documentation for all procurement activities.
• Stay informed about market trends & relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with internal departments on procurement needs.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Possession of a minimum of a bachelors degree in supply chain management or an equivalent field.
• Must be currently residing in Bahrain or have prior experience working in Bahrain.
• Preferably the candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in Construction/Industrial Services.
• Proficient in negotiation contract management tender preparation and vendor management.
• Familiarity with local suppliers of construction and industrial materials and equipment in Bahrain.
• Capable of working well under pressure.
• Available to work six days a week.
• Agreed for background check

Job Types: Fulltime Permanent

Pay: BD400.000 BD500.000 per month
