Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence drive customer engagement and increase sales across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement marketing strategies for both online and offline channels to drive traffic and sales.
Develop engaging content for our website social media and email campaigns.
Plan execute and analyze marketing campaigns ensuring they meet business objectives and budget constraints.
Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive landscape.
Work closely with sales product and creative teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
Assist in maintaining and enhancing our brand identity and positioning in the market
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
5 years of experience in marketing
Strong understanding of digital marketing social media platforms and SEO/SEM strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas
Proficiency in marketing tools and software
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: 3000.00 8000.00 per month
