Senior Legal Specialist - Golf Saudi

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Legal Consultant / Director and enhance office effectiveness

• Effectively communicate with clients colleagues and partners

• Translate contracts agreements etc.

• Conduct investigations and statistical/documentary research

• Locate and develop relevant case information

• Conduct the work with integrity and responsiveness

• Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence

• Answer and direct phone calls and maintain contact lists

• Monitor deadlines and juggle legal calendars

• Ability to analyse a range of legal situations

• The Manager or the Director is authorized to assign the employee to any task within the department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or masters degree in law or in related field

• Understanding of relevant legislation policies and procedures

• 2 4 years of relevant experience

• Familiarity with law legal procedures and protocols

• Excellent Knowledge in Saudi Labor Law.

Skills and Competencies:

• Comprehensive understanding of legal principles regulations and procedures relevant to the organizations industry and operations.

• Ability to research interpret and apply laws statutes and case law to provide accurate legal advice and guidance.
• Proficiency in drafting reviewing and negotiating various legal documents including contracts agreements and legal correspondence.
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities in contractual arrangements.
• Proficient command of English. Arabic is preferred.
