Senior Engineer

About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

• Systems Design and Implementation: Lead the design deployment and optimization of IT infrastructure including networks servers storage and cloud solutions ensuring scalability security and reliability.
• Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance and mentorship to IT team members driving best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Project Management: Oversee IT projects from inception to completion ensuring they meet technical requirements budget constraints and timelines.
• Network and Security Management: Manage and secure network infrastructure including firewalls VPNs and security protocols to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Serve as the top escalation point for complex technical issues providing handson troubleshooting and resolution for critical incidents.
• Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including software development operations and cybersecurity to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT systems.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements system enhancements and automation to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems configurations and processes and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience: 7 years of experience in IT engineering with a focus on systems architecture network management and security.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in VMware AWS Azure Cisco etc. with deep knowledge of network infrastructure cloud computing and virtualization.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead IT teams and manage complex projects with strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
• Security Expertise: Indepth understanding of cybersecurity principles best practices and compliance requirements.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP CCNP AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent are highly desirable.
