Job Description

• Collaborates with enterprise applications team members and finance stakeholders to define enduser requirements functionality specifications for OneStream functionality and data used for forecasting people planning budgeting tax drill back accounting and other modules as needed.
• OneStream application development (business rules forms workflows cube views and member formulas.
• Build and maintain data integrations transformation and automations using APIs or other technologies.
• Responsible for scenario maintenance and administrative system tasks to prep for critical business cycles i.e. budget initiation planning cycles.
• Leads problem determination (root cause analysis) and documents the source of problems and their resolution. Recognizes and analyzes trends in errors to identify and install long term solutions.
• Develops detailed configuration parameters custom extensions workflow and integration solutions along with governance to ensure consistent standards
• Designs new dashboards for key metric tracking and insights and modifies existing OneStream solutions in accordance with user specifications.
• Develops ad hoc analyses to support various nonstandard reporting inquiries and activities. Skills and Requirements: Minimum
• Bachelors degree in a related discipline and 8 years experience in a related field (Finance Accounting Business IT etc.). The right candidate could also have a different combination such as a masters degree and up to 5 years experience; or 10 years experience in a related field and no degree.
• Experience with OneStream or other Financial Management/Planning tools.
• Excellent interpersonal presentation and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization.
• Advanced financial analysis and data analysis skills.
• Financial modeling using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Understanding of financial statements financial planning and budgeting.
• Ability to adapt to change in accordance with the business needs of the organization.
• Operate with ownership be a selfstarter and have a strong attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of functional area of support Preferred
• BS/BA degree in related discipline strongly desired (Finance Accounting Business IT etc.)
• SQL scripting and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC practices.
