Job Description
Your role is to help our customers reach their fitness goals through personalized exercise planning coaching motivation and promotion of our wellness products and amp; services. and nbsp;

Your responsibilities will include:
- Fitness assessment and consultation to identify the best training plan for each client
- Design and implement personalized progressive exercise plans that are tailored to the clients needs preferences and amp; abilities
- Demonstrate and teach proper exercise techniques and amp; equipment use. Monitor customer progress and give feedback and encouragement.
- Adjust training plans as necessary to ensure client satisfaction and results.
- Educate clients on health and amp; nutrition and lifestyle habits.
- Maintain records of client sessions payments and feedback.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends research and best practices.
- Enforce all company policies and amp; procedures and comply with safety and amp; hygiene standards.
- Inspire and motivate customers.
Skills and Qualifications: and nbsp;
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Personal Trainer from a nationally recognized organization (e.g. ACE NASM ACSM etc.)
- CPR and AED certification
- Have at least two years as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor
- Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire customers of all fitness levels and backgrounds
- Knowledge of human anatomy physiology and exercise science
- Proficient in using fitness equipment and software
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Passionate about fitness and wellness
