Manufacturing company in Mequon is expanding and looking to add a General Manager. The ideal candidate will be experienced in running the daytoday operation and guiding business strategy. Previous experience leading manufacturing sales and support teams is key. This is a very handson and customer focused position. In addition to managing the US facility they will be working with the Management team of the other operation facilities in Europe and will report to the President of the Global Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE GENERAL MANAGER INCLUDE:
Operations and manufacturing: To oversee the daytoday operation of all aspects of the business so that plans and objectives are met.
Meeting financial targets for budget revenue profit cash flow.
Supply chain and purchasing
Quality and efficiency: Ensure all product and support from the US meets the high quality required and expected of the brand
Develop sales and marketing plans together with the EMEA manager
Creating and implementing strategies for business growth together with the Global management team.
HR & ESG: Ensuring adequate staffing Employee engagement and ESG goals are met
KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE GENERAL MANAGER INCLUDE:
Masters degree (M. A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous experience leading a team of 810 employees in a manufacturing environment
Ability to carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws
Strong leadership and mentorship skills
