Our client based in Century City is looking for a Remuneration and Benefits Manager to join their team.
Position Summary:
Oversee the preparation and processing of companys monthly payroll across all business units ensuring timeous payment of salaries and adherence to BCEA / LRA legislative laws and regulations relating to payroll and benefits administration.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 year working experience in Remuneration and Benefits
- Related qualification
- Advanced working knowledge of VIP Premier
- Good understanding of and working knowledge of all the appropriate Acts (LRA BCEA OSHA COID EEA)
- Highly computer literate with strong MSOffice skills
- Supervisory skills
