Project Management Director - London

Mission: As a Project Management Director you will have overall responsibility for leading and managing complex capital raising projects. This role requires strategic oversight of the entire process from initial engagement with fund managers to final closing. You will act as a key point of contact for clients ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed with precision and excellence.

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in relevant fields such as Private Placement Agent Investment Banking (M&A ECM) Investor Relations within a GP Transaction Services (Big 4) or Strategy Consulting (Private Equity).
• Extensive knowledge of the English investment ecosystem and a strong network within the industry.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver largescale projects with a focus on client outcomes and satisfaction.
• Strong leadership negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is preferred.
