Role Overview

The Tech Recruiter is responsible for sourcing screening and placing top technical talent to support the growth and innovation of our company. This role requires a deep understanding of the tech industry strong networking skills and the ability to effectively assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for technical roles across various domains (software engineering data science DevOps cloud etc.)
• Screen and evaluate candidates resumes portfolios and technical assessments to determine their fit for open positions
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates technical skills experience and cultural alignment
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements desired skills and team dynamics
• Manage the candidate pipeline ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Negotiate offers and handle candidate counteroffers to secure the best talent for the company
• Maintain and expand the companys talent pool through networking events industry conferences and social media platforms
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing channels and identify areas for improvement
• Stay uptodate with the latest trends technologies and best practices in the tech recruiting industry

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field
• 3 years of experience in tech recruiting or sourcing preferably in a fastpaced highgrowth environment
• Strong understanding of the tech industry including current trends technologies and indemand skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) social media platforms and other recruiting tools
• Ability to multitask prioritize and work under pressure to meet hiring goals and deadlines
• Passionate about the tech industry and committed to staying uptodate with the latest developments
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
