What you will be doing: Licensed Clinical Supervisor (LCSW)

• Oversee the daily clinical operations of the Clinic.
• Supervise other therapists and mentor new graduate therapists.
• Collaborate with the Associate Director and Site Administrator of the Hospital.
• Work with clients either individually or in a group setting to address mental health concerns.

Experience you will need: Licensed Clinical Supervisor (LCSW)

• Masters degree in Social Work.
• LCSW licensure and a NYS Drivers License clear of violations consistent with hospital policy.
• 2 years of leadership experience in a mental health or hospital setting.
• Experience with OMH regulations.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Understanding of the importance of accountability and strong role model attributes.
