الوصف الوظيفي
- Planning: Support with definition and understanding of Operations needs, translating those needs into specific requirements.
- Support the adequate supply of materials and services for Operations processes.
- Develop and evaluate new and existing suppliers to ensure they comply with the guidelines established by AZ, in compliance, commercial and applicable aspects.
- Analyze Supplier Activity reports to provide support for future negotiations and rationalize catalog suppliers based on frequency of use on the site.
- Support the development and use of suppliers, being the means of escalation for problems between areas and suppliers.
- Develop work with suppliers to plan with suppliers by sending information on future needs (purchase plans) and material delivery plans, holding meetings to review future plans based on established priorities.
- SAP R3 maintenance and analysis for proper MRP performance. By keeping the R3 system parameters up to date, taking into account delivery times, order times, purchase multiples, etc.
- Make purchase orders for productive materials based on the MRP. Validate the Purchase Plan for productive materials. Analyze the plan proposed by SAP, modifying it according to the priorities, quantities and trends of each product and scale supply risks, alternative action plans and maintain contact with suppliers to mitigate and minimize the impacts derived from these risks and future prices for the FMC financial years and Budgets, seeking savings that support site improvement.

Requirements
- Graduated with a degree in economic administrative area
- Advanced English
- Minimum 3 years experience in direct materials purchasing (desirable in plant)
- SAP HANA
- Managing supplier diversity
- Strategic thinking
