الوصف الوظيفي
- providing Patients with access to modern therapeutic solutions offered by AZ in cooperation with all internal departments and external stakeholders,
- ensuring proper accounting of AZ drug programs and related RSS mechanisms at the hospital level,
- supervision / coordination / monitoring of tender processes in accordance with the commercial plan,
- support for the settlement process with contractors in cooperation with the finance department
- coordination and monitoring of processes related to the conclusion and implementation of cooperation agreements in health care facilities,
- support for the hospital administration in the field of financing and settlement rules for diagnostics relevant to AZ products,
- Supporting the process of contracting drug programs by hospitals. Ensuring the appropriate value of contracts in hospitals implementing drug programs.
- Requirements:
- higher education (medical, economic, public health will be an advantage),
- general knowledge of the healthcare system, especially knowledge of the rules for billing hospital procedures,
- knowledge in the area of the Public Procurement Law, the Reimbursement Law and pharmaceutical law,
- experience in settling risk-sharing mechanisms RSS
- experience in working with external clients (hospital administrations, pharmacy chains, National Health Fund)
- the joy of working in a cross-functional team,
- experience in independently managing projects in the field,
- understanding of central strategies in all therapeutic areas of AZ,
- creativity and proactivity,
- the ability to co-create, build and strengthen a network of internal and external connections.
