Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Digital Vision & Strategy:

• Craft and oversee the digital transformation roadmap ensuring it aligns with the companys overarching strategic vision.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies integrating them into the companys modus operandi.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Assemble and guide a highperforming digital transformation team fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Organize training sessions for wider company personnel ensuring digital proficiency across the board.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:

• Engage with senior leadership department heads and external tech partners to champion digital initiatives and gather requisite support.
• Collaborate closely with IT marketing and customer service teams to ensure cohesive digital strategy implementation.

Operational Digitization:

• Oversee the digitization of core operational processes enhancing efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure the seamless integration of new digital systems tools and platforms into existing infrastructure.

Risk Management & Compliance:

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

1. A Masters Degree in Business IT or a related field.
2. A minimum of 12 years in the financial sector with at least 7 years focused on digital transformation and strategy.
3. Demonstrable success in leading significant digital transformation projects within largescale organizations.
4. Proficiency in contemporary digital tools platforms and methodologies.
