Role: ETL Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer with a strong background in Databricks and Python to join our team. This role is critical to the success of our finance functions including forecasting invoicing billing and financial reporting systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain scalable development plans for finance functions including forecasting invoicing billing and financial reporting systems.
- Write clean efficient and maintainable code using industry best practices and coding standards.
- Create and execute development solutions using GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline.
- Utilize your experience in Behavior Driven Development (BDD) Test Driven Development (TDD) and Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) to ensure highquality outputs.
- Develop solutions using Python with additional experience in Java or .Net as a plus.
- Maintain strong SQL proficiency to ensure efficient data retrieval manipulation and analysis.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the success of all financial operations processes and systems.
Requirements
MustHave Skills:
- 35 years of development experience in Databricks using Python.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for efficient data retrieval and complex queries.
- Experience with GitHub Actions workflows branching strategies and code review processes.
- Proven experience as a quality assurance engineer preferably in the financial industry.
- Solid understanding of financial operations processes and systems including Great Plains or related ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the financial industry or related field.
- Proficiency in Java or .Net languages.
- Familiarity with Git GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline and other modern development tools.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Must-Have Skills: 3-5 years of Databricks development using Python. Strong SQL proficiency. Experience with GitHub Actions workflows and CI/CD pipelines. Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the financial industry.
